Carol comes to AJR having worked most of her life in customer service in different aspects of marketing, sales, and technical support. In her spare time, she enjoys making unique quilts, gardening, and caring for her 3 dogs. Throw in a hike or two and some wine tasting excursions and she is good to go!

Holly has been with AJR since 2020. She finds it incredibly rewarding to talk with people and offer them an interesting opportunity to let their opinions be known. Holly loves spending time with family, spoiling her three cats, making custom quilts, and riding motorcycles.

Tony has worked for AJR for more than 16 years. He continues to be impressed by the warmth and curiosity of the people he talks to. When not working, Tony enjoys playing the piano and spending time with his 11 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

“Paula has worked 30 years as a medical transcriptionist, along with various customer service positions over the years. She enjoys the opportunity to connect with different people that this job allows. Paula also enjoys reading, music, spending time with family and friends, and traveling when her senior cat, Bubbles, allows her to be gone.”

Kathy comes to AJR having 30 years of customer service experience with 14 years as the owner of a holistic pet food and supply store. She rescued a Chihuahua named Dolly in 2012, and they spend summer afternoons on their stand-up paddleboard enjoying the lake.

Darlene has been with AJR since 2018 and has enjoyed assisting people throughout her business career. She enjoys interacting with people, gardening, hiking, painting, and playing with Benny, her Chinese Crested Powder Puff dog.

Megan has been part of the AJR team since 2021 and enjoys talking to people from all over the country. When she is not working, Megan enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her husband and dog, crocheting, and sewing.

Trudy is new to the AJR team. She retired from over 26 years in human resources after working in seven states. Traveling is a hobby, and she loves to talk to people all over the US in many places she has visited.  When closer to home, Trudy loves gardening, cooking, and spoiling her two cats.
