We are a research firm that studies attitude and opinion formation and change, similar to a market research firm. Our research is principally focused on courtroom persuasion, and how people respond to attorney's arguments and the presentation of evidence.

Over the years, and with our extensive training and education in research methodologies, AMERCIAN JURY RESEARCH has determined that small-group research will give the most accurate assessment of how people will likely evaluate a given case. Our primary research tools are FOCUS GROUPS and MOCK TRIALS and the insight "Mock Jurors" offer us through this process.
